The first Convocation Ceremony of JCD
Institute of Business Management was held on 19th, April, 2014. The Chief Guest
on this occasion was Prof. Uday Prakash Sinha, Vice-Chancellor, Central
University, Haryana and Sh. Maninder Pal Singh Brar, Vice-Chairman, JCD
Vidyapeeth, was the Guest of Honour.
In his address Prof. Uday Prakash Sinha congratulated the Principal and his
full team for their endeavour in achieving success and development for the
institute and also the students who have completed yet another milestone in
their academic career. Prof. Sinha addressed various issues like Education
& Socio-economic transformation, Sustainable Ecosystem and Quality Research
& Innovation.
The Ceremony was initiated with lighting
of the lamp. After that, Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Singh presented the College
Report and shared the achievements of JCDIBM.
In the Convocation Ceremony, 150 Students
from 2004 to 2010 batches were awarded degrees of Masters of Business
Administration. The topmost student of each batch was conferred Gold Medal,
thus overall 10 students got Gold Medal, From Department of management Studies
Navleen Kaur (2004-2006), Anjum(2005-07), Mallika Bansal(2006-08),Ankit
Kumar(2007-09), Neha Goyal (2008-10), Anu Bala (2009-11), Sapna Goyal (2010-12)
and from JCDIBM, Neha Rani(2008-10), Shruti Girdhar (2009-11) and Swati Goyal
(2010-12).

Vidyapeeth and Dr.Kuldeep Singh presented honoured the chief guest by
presenting souvenir.
Principals of all the colleges and Registrar
of JCD Vidyapeeth graced the occasion. In the end, Dr. N. S. Bhal, extended
vote of thanks to the August gathering.
